March 8th is International Women’s Day, a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, and to raise awareness of the need for gender equality. This year’s theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’, which encourages everyone to create a more inclusive and diverse world, where everyone can thrive and contribute.
QRO Solutions is an Engineering focused office operated predominately by male staff, ANPR cameras, and components, however QRO have created an environment to ensure a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment for women, which is showcased by our female dominated Project and Stock team. The team are responsible for the hands-on tasks of managing the ANPR stock inventory, preparing orders, liaising with the customers and our engineers, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the products provided by QRO. They work hard to meet the deadlines and expectations of our clients, and to support the rest of the QRO team.
