QRO can offer multiple support packages to meet the customer needs
QRO have a field engineering team capable of supporting their customer’s across the United Kingdom. Currently QRO are contracted to provide On-Site support from as far South as Basingstoke to as Far North as Cumbria, demonstrating their field capabilities. QRO own their own fleet of Mobile Elevating Works Platforms (MEWP) which allows for rapid response when required.
Current Support Offerings are as follows:
Return to Base
Utilising QRO’s online Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) system, clients can log returns and await a repair quotation or QRO will repair and return under warranty/support contract.
Adhoc Remote Support
QRO can provide telephone or remote connection support* either adhoc or as part of a support contract, negating the need to attend site. This can result in a more cost effective level of support with improved reaction times. (* subject to customer facilitating and allowing remote access)
On-Site Support (Inclusive of the above options)
On-Site response with QRO support stock to allow for minimal operational downtime.
