QRO will continue office-based work from home, however, following clarification from their Police customers, QRO will continue to support their Police customers for field-based requirements, ensuring that hygiene requirements and social distancing is observed. It is imperative that QRO continue to provide essential support to their customers in the interest of National Security.

Following the escalation of quarantining by the government this evening, QRO have instructed all members of staff to work from home until further notice. QRO are liaising closely with their customers to establish the level of support they can provide in the coming weeks. QRO are committed in adhering to the government guidelines whilst protecting their staff, customers and members of the public in these challenging times.

QRO Solutions would like to assure their customers that they are currently still fully committed to providing uninterupted service during the current crisis. QRO utilise cloud technology for hosting all their systems so home working has been encouraged for all their staff. As QRO supply and support the Emergency Services it is imperative that we continue our work. The nature of our work ensures our Field Engineers can continue to work in isolation from customers and members of the public and will continue to do so until otherwise directed by further Government announcements.
