QRO Launches Portable ANPR System

Four lane Automatic Number Plate
Reading is truly portable for the first time and is being launched by QRO Solutions, the ANPR Systems Integrator.

The first totally integrated 4 lane portable ANPR system for the Police service will be exclusively launched on the QRO stand at the Association of Chief Police Officers National ANPR Conference this May by the innovative team at QRO Solutions.

The new system, christened ‘Lug-IT’, is a self contained automatic number plate recognition system with minimal external cabling, featuring:

  •  4 independent lanes of ANPR
  • GPRS, Wi-Fi, USB and LAN connectivity
  • 13kg weight, including UPS battery backup

  • Measures 445 mm x 345 mm x 190 mm

  • Powered direct from vehicle power supply

  • 36Watts power consumption with single IR Camera

  • Built in GPS receiver

  • Vehicle E-marked

  • PITO’s Automotive Equipment Section class 1 pass, Specification 5

  • NAAS Compliant (version 2.6)

  • Virtually crushproof Copolymer resin casing

Lug-IT is the first integrated portable ANPR system to meet vehicle e-marking and PITO\\\'s Automotive Equipment Section class 1 pass, Specification 5 approval for electro-magnetic compatibility with vehicle electronic systems and Police radios. In addition Lug-IT meets all the requirements of NAAS (Version 2.6).
Talking about the exclusive launch of Lug-IT at the ACPO Conference in May,

QRO Solutions will be showcasing the new Lug-IT system on their stand at the ACPO National ANPR Conference on 3rd May 2006 at Dunchurch Park Hotel, Rugby.
